As summer comes to a close, the President of the Massachusetts Senate appeared on a local news program with comments about pending tax relief legislation, among other things.
While no specifics were revealed in her comments, the Senate President did reiterate that tax relief is at the top of her agenda and that she is confident it will ultimately get through the legislature and to the governor for final approval. A definitive timeline is not available, presumably because lawmakers are still in negotiations.
