Today, we published our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement.
Comprehensive estate planning requires frank, sometimes difficult, conversations about health, finances, death and family dynamics. Meanwhile, studies and surveys routinely reveal that ~70% of people die without an estate plan. We believe that percentage is probably much higher for certain communities and that we ought to be doing what we can to ensure that everyone has access to quality estate planning services.
In other words, our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion isn’t just an accommodation. To us, it’s imperative.
