I lean on my experience as a CPA and tax lobbyist to incorporate Massachusetts estate tax minimization techniques into estate plans; design tax-efficient charitable giving strategies; advise business owners on asset protection techniques; unravel government compliance issues; and identify financial issues before they percolate into legal problems.
In addition to maintaining a law practice focused primarily on Massachusetts trusts and estates, I manage Old Colony Law’s accounting service lines.
